Transfer your existing domain names to us
Transfer A DomainTransferring your domain name to Visualeyez Web Design will not cause any down time to your web site. While the transfer process is free, registrations within the renewal period (90 days to expiry) will require the registration renewal payment to be submitted at the time of transfer.
Before proceeding, please ensure that you are familiar with the relevant terms and conditions that apply to your domain.
1. Submit the domain name transfer
Submit the transfer through our order form and supply the domain name EPP Key or Domain Password/ Auth Code. This can be obtained from your existing provider or from the authorised contact for the domain.
2. Approve the transfer
An email will be sent to the registrant contact email address with an approval link. Click the link to approve the domain name transfer. .AU transfers are actioned once confirmation has been received from the authorised contact for the domain.
3. Approval Confirmation
Patience is a virtue, and you will need to wait anywhere from 2 to 5 days from the time you approve the transfer for it to be completed.
Top level domains (.com, .net, .org, .info, .biz) Top level domain transfers take 5 - 10 days to complete.
You may need to contact your current registration provider to remove a registrar lock on your domain before you begin.

You may transfer an expired domain to Visualeyez. However, if the status of the domain is ``Redemption Period``, ``Pending Delete`` or ``Expired``, you will not be able to transfer the registration and should contact your current registrar.
